Oct 19, 2017
Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce held its annual All Member Meeting at the BMO Harris Bradley Center. Over 1,000 members of Milwaukee’s business community attended the event. Dr. Louis Woo, special assistant to Foxconn CEO, Terry Gou was among the event’s featured speakers.
Other highlights included presentations from area business leaders, community advocates and elected officials. The program detailed progress in Milwaukee and objectives for the future of the city.
J.M. Brennan was highlighted in a presentation about a new education initiative aimed at giving thousands of Milwaukee Public Schools students access to businesses throughout Milwaukee. Students will have the chance to visit with corporate executives, tour a business and begin to understand potential career paths in various industries. JM Brennan hosted a student group for a “Be The Spark” tour in April. A group of 30 MPS principles enjoyed the same tour in June. The video includes interviews with Co-President John Brennan and Plumbing Project Manager and Estimator Alaina Cartagena.
